We are pleased to announce that as of 2pm GMT 4 OCT 2024 , We have successfully completed the migration of our data hosting from the AWS Singapore region to the AWS Frankfurt region for Snapsight. All services are now fully operational in the AWS Frankfurt region. Your data has been securely transferred and is protected under the same security and privacy measures. Important Notice for Snapsight users: Consolidating Our Data Hosting to AWS Frankfurt Region
Snapsight is migrating data from AWS Singapore to AWS Frankfurt on October 4th, 2024. Snapsight will be unavailable from 10:00AM to 2:00PM GMT. This migration is in compliance with PDPA. No action is required from your side unless you object to this migration. To object or if you have any other concerns, contact us at dpo@snapsight.com by October 3rd, 2024.
We are proud and excited to announce that the Gevme has achieved SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. SOC 2 Type 2 compliance requires an ongoing commitment to security and privacy practices and demonstrates our dedication to protecting our customers' data. We have uploaded the SOC 2 Type 2 report to our trust portal for our customers' reference.
